Doodle Art Competition 2024

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • The competition is open to residents of [Specify Region/Country] aged 5 and above.

  • Participants will be divided into two categories: Children (ages 5-12) and Adults (ages 13 and above).

2. Theme:

  • The doodle must adhere to the theme of "[MADD]." Creativity within the theme is encouraged.

3. Artwork Specifications:

  • Artwork must be original and hand-drawn.

  • Any medium (pencil, pen, markers, etc.) on paper or digital format is acceptable.

  • Maximum size: A3.

  • Entries should be submitted as a high-resolution scan or photograph (if traditional) or a digital file (if digital artwork).

4. Submission Guidelines:

  • Each participant may submit only one entry.

  • All entries must be accompanied by a completed entry form including participant's name, age category, contact information, and a brief description of the artwork.

5. Judging Criteria:

  • Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, adherence to the theme, and artistic technique.

  • The decision of the judges is final and binding.

6. Prizes:

  • Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each category.

  • Prizes may include [TBC].

7. Copyright and Usage:

  • By submitting an entry, participants grant "The MADD Expo organiser- MediaFarm Pte Ltd, all its partners" the right to reproduce, distribute, and display the artwork for promotional purposes.

8. Deadline:

9. Notification:

  • Winners will be notified via email or phone within [TBC] after the deadline.

10. Publicity:

  • By participating, winners agree to participate in any publicity or promotional activities regarding the competition.

11. Disqualification:

  • Entries that do not comply with the terms and conditions will be disqualified.

12. Liability:

  • The MADD Expo 2024 organiser- MediaFarm Pte Ltd, is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries, or any technical malfunctions that may affect the submission process.

13. Agreement:

  • Participation in the competition implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
